Boat-in Waterfront Dining in Naples: Why The Boat House on Naples Bay Should Be On Your List
If you’re looking for that quintessential Naples dining experience of water views and fresh seafood, The Boat House on Naples Bay is the spot. Whether you walk in from your evening stroll, pull up by car, or even arrive by boat, the setting is charming and the menu satisfies.
This locally owned, four-generation gem delivers more than just great views. Their Lido Deck overlooks the bay with an unbeatable sunset vantage, while the Panoramic Promenade below offers a quieter, close-up view of the boats gliding past. Inside, the atmosphere is warm and polished.
The menu leans classic in the best way: premium cuts of meat, well-executed old-world pastas, and seafood that’s clearly sourced with care. The wine list is just as thoughtful. It’s the kind of place that makes any dinner feel like a celebration, whether you're visiting Naples for the first time or treating yourself to a midweek escape.
Keep an eye out for their dining deals. They’re a local favorite and were recently featured in The Naples Florida Review for good reason. You'll be glad you slowed down and savored the sunset over a meal here.

Back for its 20th year, The Boat House has two fun deals for its 20th Annual Clam Bake. The first is a whole clam bake for $39. Choose Whole Maine Lobster or Snow Crab Legs served with the lot: Shrimp, Mussels, Clams, Jalapeño Sausage, Red Potatoes, and Corn Cob. I can’t think of a better way to welcome summer.
Their other deal is a Twin Lobster Special, which includes two 1 lb. whole Maine lobsters for $42. One of life’s many pleasures is the first Maine lobster of the season, something I came to enjoy as I spent many years going up to Acadia during the summer. Enjoy the bayfront breeze as you’re cracking into the shell, and thank me later. Originally published on The Naples Florida Review.
